For the houses

Your house, kept alive on the platform.

We work with the houses, ateliers, and people whose craft gives a city its weight — and we build them a single inbox for the travellers we send. Below: what onboarding looks like, what the dashboard does, and how settlement runs.

The arc

From application to settlement

Four steps, end to end.

01

Apply by hand

Every application is read by a person at Notturno. We are not building the largest platform — we are building one whose partners share a register. If your work belongs here, we'll be in touch inside a few days with your dashboard sign-in.

02

An outlet, or a personal provider

Outlets — boutiques, hotels, restaurants, ateliers — sit on the platform's browse paths. Personal providers — chefs, drivers, photographers, translators, fitness instructors — never appear in browse paths and reach travellers only when one is asked for. You choose your kind at onboarding.

03

One inbox, every guest

Your dashboard is the only surface you keep open. Bookings, on-request enquiries, your catalogue, and the editorial face of your house — all in one place. Every traveller arrives with their name, contact, dates, and the journey their booking belongs to.

04

We hold the money. You keep your craft.

Travellers pay us for the whole journey at confirmation; we settle with you on a clear schedule. You never chase a payment, raise an invoice, or field a card-decline question. Where you write — etiquette tips, catalogue copy, the maison page — your voice comes through. We'll sometimes suggest a tighter line, but we never rewrite without asking.

In your voice

Editorial control

The dashboard is a writing surface as much as it is an inbox. The etiquette tip that opens your booking notes, the catalogue copy a traveller reads before they walk in, the maison page itself — they are yours to set, in the language you would use in person.

We will, occasionally, ask for a tighter line. We will never rewrite without asking. The voice that comes through the platform is the same one a guest meets when they arrive at the door, and that is the entire point.

Ready?

Tell us about your house.

A short application is enough to start. We read every line and we'll come back inside a few days. If you'd rather write a longer note before applying, contact us directly.
