She plans a trip with you, books it once you agree, keeps watch while you travel and settles the account when you are home.
Ocean is an AI concierge.
Say it in your own words: the dates, who is coming, what matters and what doesn’t. She asks one question at a time and draws up the days around the answers. What you told the house about how you travel shapes every plan, and before anything is sent she reads the plan back.
You can talk to her or write in the iPhone app, and write to her on the web.
The room, the table, the car and the tickets: Ocean proposes, and you confirm. Nothing is held in your name until you have agreed to it, and the trip page is the record. If a booking is not shown there, it is not booked.
While a trip is under way, Ocean keeps watch over the plan: the table, the hour and the car. When something changes she writes to you with what she proposes, and leaves the rest of your day alone.
Plans change on the way: a later dinner, an extra night, a car for the afternoon. Each change appears on the trip with its price. When the trip ends it is closed, and you receive one final account of it.
How changes are paidIn the Notturno app for iPhone, by voice or by text, on every screen. On the web, by text, once you are signed in.
What you say to Ocean is used to plan and run your trips. It goes to Google’s Gemini models to be processed, which may happen in the United States and other countries. Google does not use it to train its models. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Ocean is an AI concierge. Your voice is sent to Google to be understood; the audio isn’t kept. What you both say is saved in this conversation, like text. She can be wrong, so anything she proposes is shown to you before it is confirmed. For anything she cannot answer, write to contact@notturno.studio.
